Alder Focus is a simple, private tool for logging medication and rest days.
Signing in
Sign-in with Apple or Google is only needed for Friends. Medication tracking continues to work without an account.
Change medication or dose
Open Settings and tap Medication. Choose the exact product and strength written on your prescription.
Delete an account
Tap your name in the top-left corner, then choose Delete account. This permanently removes your Friends profile and connections.
Report or block someone
Open the menu beside their profile and choose Report profile or Block user. Reports are private. Blocking removes the connection and prevents new friend requests.
Medical questions
Alder Focus cannot give dosing or redosing advice. For questions about effects, safety, dose, or side effects, contact your prescriber or pharmacist.
