Getting a better identification
Add a clear photo of the tag or label. It's the single biggest lever on accuracy. Fill the frame, avoid glare, and add a close-up of any flaw so the condition grade is honest.
The price looks wrong
It's an AI estimate from model knowledge, not live sold data. Tap eBay sold or Poshmark under the price to see real comparable sales, then set your own price — every field is editable.
"Can't price this yet"
The model couldn't see enough to identify the item. Scan again with the tag and the whole item visible, or enter a price yourself.
How profit is calculated
Sale price + shipping you collected − marketplace fee − postage − what you paid − other costs. Fees use each marketplace's published schedule (eBay charges its fee on shipping and sales tax too). Every line is shown, and you can switch marketplace per item.
Subscription and restore
Settings → Restore purchases. To cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Purchases are managed by Apple.
Privacy
Photos are processed for your scan and not stored by us; your inventory lives only on your phone. Full details: Privacy policy.
